Description of Services

dark-flame provides financial education programmes for children and teenagers aged 6-18 in Birmingham, United Kingdom. Our services include group workshops, one-to-one coaching sessions, holiday camps, and family sessions. All programmes are designed to teach age-appropriate financial concepts and skills.

Enrolment and Payment

By submitting an enrolment request, you are expressing interest in our programmes. Enrolment is confirmed only after we have contacted you to verify availability and you have completed any required payment.

• Payment is due before the start of each term or programme
• Prices are as displayed on our website at the time of booking
• We accept payment via bank transfer or card payment

Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 14 days before start: Full refund available
• 7-14 days before start: 50% refund available
• Less than 7 days before start: No refund, but credit toward future programmes may be offered at our discretion
• During the programme: No refunds for missed sessions unless due to our cancellation

If we cancel a programme due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

Programme Attendance

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child attends scheduled sessions. If your child will be absent:

• Please notify us as soon as possible via email
• Missed sessions cannot typically be made up, though we may offer catch-up resources
• Repeated absences without notice may affect your child's place in future terms

Conduct Expectations

We expect all participants to:

• Treat educators and fellow students with respect
• Participate constructively in activities
• Follow instructions from our staff
• Refrain from disruptive behaviour

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour consistently disrupts sessions or creates an unsafe environment, without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and materials provided during programmes—including text, graphics, curriculum content, and teaching resources—are owned by dark-flame or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws
